Judge Maria Isabel do Prado, from the 2nd Federal Court of Guarulhos, accepted this Wednesday (13/12) the complaint from the Federal Public Ministry and opened proceedings against the owner of Daslu, Eliana Tranchesi, and six other people. Eliana Tranchesi is accused of gang formation, smuggling, and ideological falsehood and, if convicted, could face 21 years in prison.
